- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) and direct bank transfers for orders placed on our website. For customized orders and orders above PKR 10,000, we require an advance payment of 50% or 100% of the total invoice through bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon delivery (COD).
- What are the shipping costs?
We offer FREE shipping across Pakistan for all orders above PKR 1,500. However, a nominal shipping fee of PKR 150 will be charged for orders below PKR 1,500.
- Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do offer various discounts, including our generous community discount, which rewards your loyalty with a 25% discount on all your orders. Remember, loyalty is royalty!
- How can I verify if my order has been received by www.tarzezindagi.com?
Upon placing your order on our website, our customer support team will promptly reach out to you within 2 working days via phone call to confirm the order details.
- What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
Generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 working days. However, we kindly request allowing for a 2-day delay before contacting our customer support. Please be aware that dispatches are not made over the weekend or on the gazette holidays.
- What should I do if an incorrect or incomplete order is delivered?
We take every measure to ensure the accuracy of your order. To provide reassurance, we will share a video proof with you, showcasing the correct order being meticulously packed and dispatched.
- What is the procedure for canceling an order?
Order cancellation is subject to whether the order has been shipped or not. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email, Facebook, or Instagram, preferably within 6 hours of placing the order. We will assess the feasibility of fulfilling your request. However, once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Nonetheless, you may still return or exchange the product in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
