Return & Exchange Policy

For exchanges or refunds, kindly contact us via email at info.tarzezindagi@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03328929827 within 2 days.

In the case of an exchange*, standard delivery charges (typically PKR 250 for <1kg) will be applied.

For returns or refunds*, standard delivery charges (typically PKR 250 for <1kg) will be deducted from the total invoice, and the remaining amount will be promptly refunded once we safely receive the returned product.

Please note that returns and exchanges do not apply to customized orders.

*In both cases, the customer must return the product in its original TARZ-E-ZINDAGI packaging to the company. The customer will be liable for any loss or damage to the product during the return process.
