Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for all orders above PKR 1,500 within Pakistan. Orders below PKR 1,500 are subject to a nominal shipping fee of PKR 150.

For customized orders and orders exceeding PKR 10,000, we require a prepayment of 50% or 100% of the total invoice via bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon delivery (COD). Please note that dispatches will only be made after our team confirms the receipt of payment in our bank account. Customers are required to provide a screenshot of the payment.

Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days from the confirmation of your order. To ensure timely delivery, please provide us with your accurate and complete address, including the nearest landmark.

If you have opted for cash on delivery (COD), kindly arrange the exact amount of cash before the package arrives and ensure someone is available to receive it on the scheduled delivery day.
